ZEST

This 2022 Zest is popular with couples attracted by the practical modern design. With patio doors that open onto a south facing gated deck area providing far reaching views over the park to open countryside. The efficient use of space provides a galley kitchen, one double and one twin bedroom with shower-room/wc. The lounge dinner has bench seating and a feature electric fireplace. As our smallest caravan it is ideally suited to couples or families with small children. For groups of four adults we would recommend our Rio, Vista or Chorus caravans.

Vista Platinum

36ft x 12ft / 3 bedroom – up to 7 guests

As a three bedroom caravan, this Vista is perfect for larger families with one double and two twin bedrooms. There is a welcoming open plan lounge (with pull out sofa bed) and dining area with a fully equipped galley kitchen. It has a main family shower-room/wc and an additional wc with sink. The south facing gated side deck provides views over the park and countryside beyond.

Richmond

35ft x 12ft / 2 bedroom – sleeps up to 5 guests

A bright open plan two bedroom caravan. The Richmond has one double and one twin bedroom with a family shower-room/wc. The fully equipped kitchen opens to a practical dining area with lounge (sofa bed) and a cosy gas fireplace. The Richmond benefits from a gated deck area to the side and views West across the park.

Chorus

40ft x 12ft / 3 bedroom – sleeps up to 6 guests

New for 2025! This is our largest holiday caravan, perfect for families or if you prefer a bedroom each! It has one double bedroom with ensuite/wc. and two twin bedrooms with a main family shower-room/wc. Off the screened entrance way is a well equipped kitchen with full height fridge/freezer. The open plan dinning and lounge area have patio doors that lead to a westerly wraparound gated decking……perfect to enjoy a relaxing drink as the sun goes down.

Rio

36ft x 12ft / 2 bedroom – sleeps up to 5 guests

A spacious two bedroom caravan with main shower-room/wc and separate en-suite wc to the double bedroom (there is room for a small travel cot if you wish to bring one). The Rio has a full size second bedroom so is ideal for families with older children. Alternatively, the beds can be pushed together if two double bedded rooms are required. The kitchen is galley style with oven, microwave and under counter fridge with freezer compartment. This caravan has a gated deck area on the side benefitting from lovely farmland and open countryside views to the south. The grassed area is perfect for the afternoon sun or a family barbeque.

Beachcomber

With a beach inspired design, you are sure to feel on holiday from the moment you step through the door. This spacious caravan has the benefit of a kingsize bed & ensuite wc to the main bedroom plus a twin bedroom & main shower-room/wc. The practical, fully equipped kitchen includes a full height integrated fridge freezer and the modern lounge has French doors leading to an East facing wrap around gated deck. Just right for a breakfast alfresco before you head off to the beach.

Malton

New in 2024. The décor is modern & stylish with open plan design & comfy free-standing sofas. Ideal for couples or families with two bedrooms & one shower-room/wc. The twin has two single beds & wardrobe. Whilst the master has a lovely layout with a king size bed and walk in wardrobe (there is room for a small travel cot if you wish to bring one). The East facing double sliding patio doors open on to a gated wrap around deck area with views over the park and surrounding countryside.
