Please read these conditions carefully. In making a booking you warrant that you are 20 years of age or older and accept on behalf of your party the full terms and conditions set out.
It is recommended that you take out holiday insurance at inception of your booking. In this uncertain world you will require cover should the unexpected happen. We are a holiday business not an insurance business and cannot underwrite your booking.
We offer two options:
On booking, a 20% non-returnable (unless re-let) deposit is required followed by the final balance two calendar months before arrival.
Payment options are Bank Transfer, Apple pay, Credit or Debit cards.
It is your responsibility to check the details of your booking confirmation are correct and notify us immediately of any discrepancies. The total number in your party must not exceed the capacity of the accommodation as advertised unless agreed with us first.
Non family groups or large parties of more than 4 people are required to contact us for agreement prior to booking. We reserve the right to refuse any booking.
Confirmation of your booking and payment of a deposit, constitutes a contract between both parties and the lead customer will be liable for the balance of monies owing two calendar months before arrival.
Cancellations must be notified in writing or by email, using the same email address as listed for the booking.
You are reminded that you are legally responsible for the full amount of your booking and we advise you to take out cancellation insurance.
For cancellations of holidays due to be taken within 12 weeks you will be liable for the full cost. We will attempt to re-let your holiday and if achieved you will receive a refund less £25 administration costs. If we still have vacancies for your cancelled week a re-let will be harder to achieve and cannot be guaranteed.
Notifications received 12 weeks prior to your booking will result in a loss of deposit only. Should we re-let your holiday then a refund of the deposit less £25 admin costs will be made. All refunds will be refunded back to the original card or account from where paid. We shall not be held liable in the event of accommodation choice or other advertised facilities or amenities being unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.
